The company has a full-time dedicated team in Marketing, Production, Administration, Artiste Management, Coordination and Finance, and a part-time team of Entertainers, Performers and Production Assistants. Founding Director and CEO
MARTIN D'SOUZA, the brainchild behind Mad Hatters, has been in the mad world of Advertising and Event Management for over 20 years. His aim to be the very best in all his endeavours, led him to do his Post-Graduation in Personnel Management and Marketing Management. He himself is a professional compere, a copywriter and man of creative sorts.

He conducts training programs, corporate games, camps, cultural programs and workshops for school students, young adults and corporate executives in leadership, motivation, team building and personality development through MACE (Martin's Academy of Creativity and Entertainers).

A member of the 'COAI, (Clowns of India International) and IBM (International Brotherhood of Magicians), Martin teaches the various nuances of clowning, namely Juggling, Magic, Mime, Stilt Walking and Comedy.

ROSHNI D'SOUZA is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with vast experience in Accounting, Auditing, Budgeting and other Management Consultancy areas.
A strong intuitive person, she has meticulously put systems in the organisation. Having travelled widely she brings with her rich experience of events and management. With several years of experience in managing and executing large events, she looks after human resources, finance and operations of the company.
